Cerreta Candy Company

Cerreta Candy Company is every chocoholic's idea of heaven. This gem in the old town of Glendale, Arizona obviously has that vintage feel and the staff customarily suggests to all who come in to: "Get a sample from a flavor you'd like to try." They do free chocolate tours Mondays to Fridays (except holidays) at 10 am and 1 pm. The tour takes 30 minutes max. In the tour, you get a chance to try their sought-after, white chocolate-covered pretzels. Upgrade to a VIP pass and make a choc pizza or bear from scratch for only $12.95. You may also purchase the ready-to-eat chocolate bear and pizza (see picture below).  They offer barks, brittles, taffy, candied apples...all that you can imagine. They customize treats for birthdays and wedding, too. The choc mints and pretzels are the crowd's favorite, but my sweet tooth was all thumbs up for their pralines. Assorted chocolates cost $14 a pound. The kids brought home around 12 to 14 pieces for only $4.95! Whatta steal! We
