Resto 27: All the Rage

For those who are on a mission to satiate their lingua one restaurant at a time, Resto 27, will not chagrin. Legally named Resto Acolo but popularly known as the restaurant in block 27 of Crossroads, Banilad-hence the name-is a place where people celebrate the good life and good food. Guests are promptly attended to and provided with a two-page menu of over 35 meals. Well-trained waiters have ready information on specialties. They are quick to recommend dishes according to your gustatory needs.
Its vitamin c colored corduroy couches and chairs with black faux leather upholstery, veneer table, ivory cloth urchin-shaped and woven rattan cylinderlighting fixtures, and cream-colored walls hint its appeal to the twenty to forty something crowd. The accomplished youthful vibe might have been contemplated ahead of time since Resto 27's locale, afterall, is a stone's throw away from a spa and a nightclub.
Beef Stroganoff served with fetuccini pasta, beef tenderloin, and bechamel sauce (white sauce) runs a close parallel to a house speciality that your mom might have served on special occasions...it'll never disappoint the tastebubs. Their version of penne pasta with vongolie sauce (red sauce), an authentic italian vongoli sauce made from clam, tomato, and seasoning, has a great texture in the mouth. A solo meal will amount to $5-10 and a glass from wine collection can reach up to 22 USD.
Ever-watchful, Karen Young, the owner, makes sure that operations run unstintingly without sacrficing customer service. Fully hands-on, she is a lovely host who carries out the clientele's best interests. Even the sanitation in the kitchen is of high standards. Among the restaurants within the vicinity, Resto 27 is a good bet. Resto 27 is a rendezvous, a memorable experience, and a place to appease the foraging belly.
